After an hour of interrogation, which included driving Thao to ‘the middle of nowhere’ and taking photos of him in the frigid temps, #ice returned Thao to his house and drove away without explanation. Thao said the incident traumatized his entire family, including his 4 year old grandson, who wailed in fear as Thao was dragged out of his home. January 29, 2026
